Long tailed **** & the Ugly Duck

My mission this weeks was to get some shots of the long tailed **** that were at a local park as i had'nt got any of these little birds, and whilst i was there walking round the lake i noticed this guy sitting on the island, i have'nt a clue as to its ID so any ideas greatly received!

Nice shots of the tit. I agree with Paul, your duck is a domesticated Muscovy. They are pretty common around these parts.

LOL! the second i saw those little stars blocking that word i thought, oh dear now im going to have some flack!! does this happen everytime a word like this is used? as i suppose the word long-tailed --- is not linked, as suppose bluetit is.

I'm glad to see the long-tail images, I did manage to post one last year as a small foraging party came through near us, but I don't think it was that good.
