A Long Cold Hike

OK, so it wasn't really long nor very cold this morning. But I finally got out for some shootin'.

You'll have to excuse me if the colors/saturation/contrast look off. The wife made a lovely salmon dinner, I had a few too many glasses of wine, and the fire is going in the fieplace - leaving me loopey in the dark trying to process the images :thumbsup:

Oh, that rather poor shot of the Eastern Blue Birds is included because this is the earliest that I've ever seen them in my area. Very tough to get close! I stalked them for a long time, they would tease me and all take off with no hint where they went.
