    I believe 2, 3, and 4 are an Eastern Phoebe, and 5 looks like a Song Sparrow.

    I concur and the 1st has me puzzled! looks sort of wrentit like, but they are a california/eoregon endemic species. could it be an odd angle of a pheobe?
