    Please vote.

I plan on having an 8 X 10 printed of this nuthatch. However, I've had a couple people tell me they like the original blue bg, and another has preferred the black bg. This is all I'm asking.

Wyatt, you may be right. I went in and sharpened the blue one a bit more. This is kinda interesting. My wife likes the blue one best and so far, on this poll, the guys prefer the black and the lone gal, chose the blue. I hope to get more votes and responses. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

lol i was going to say i like the blue one better... but now it makes me sound like not a guy!

i may just like it better though because the bird is larger in it. i think it helps bring out the blues in the bird though to. although the white chest isn't quite white in it.

I voted blue. I think the solid black bg is just too much negative space. With the blue bg, there is a little something to help anchor the image.

Maybe this works better. After reading a few comments, I'm thinking I needed to crop a little differently.

I like the second crop better & I like the blue better than the black. To me it looks more natural. When I look at the black background images I get the impression that the shot was taken at night.

    Just my 2 cents worth,
    Bill
