Well, my Smokies trip got cut short (not before a ton of great photos were taken, thankfully). My grandma in Arkansas was ill so my mom and I broke camp and drove the 10 hours down to be with her. Thankfully there was no shortage of opportunities to use my rented L 300 f/4.
I was bird hunting (be prepared for me to post a bunch on the ID thread soon) when a blur darted across the road into the common land adjacent to my grandmother's property. Went over to investigate and found this critter in the weeds.
