This picture is a couple of months old but I ran across it today and thought I would share it. The bird is a Brown Pelican and the equipment used was a Canon Digital Rebel XT with a Sigma 600mm f/8 mirror lens at ISO 200 hand-held.

Wow, that's a sweet image from a mirror lens! Did you have to do alot of post processing?
