    Wink It's Not Wildlife...

Being it's a domestic cat. But I didn't figure Paul would mind my posting it here.

    ;-)

    Hope it makes you smile.

    Have a Merry Christmas!

That one is priceless, speed. Almost looks like he got a taste of something he did not like very well.

See no problem with it being here in this forum.

Thank you. I appreciate the kind words!

I agree with you in that it does look like he ate something he found unpalatable. Either that or he's giving someone a "na, na, na, na, na, na".

I know, I know. And they kill lots of other things as well, such as rats, squirrels, and snakes. This cute specimen belongs to Dawn's grandmother. Snakes are the reason she has outdoor cats. Seems when they moved into their house (40 years ago) the place was overrun with snakes. They got some cats, and no more snake problem.

The good news is, I've never seen any hawks, woodpeckers, or other protected species of birds on their property. But they have lost a sparrow or two...

Cute kitten and good yawn. Just put a bell around their neck so they don't get any of our feathered friends!

    Really now...

    Everyone loves kittens.

And some people are dog people.

I'm a dog guy myself...but I still think this is a cute shot.

Bell thing doesnt work all the time, my cat's previous owners had her declawed, she wears a bell, and still caught 2 or 3 hummingbirds in WA...released one or 2 inside the house, pretty much unharmed, psychotic cat...

    Great timing with that picture.

    Can I have a kitten?

    Now that cat can hunt!

No claws, wears a bell, and still catches birds....

    I'm impressed.

    Thanks for the comments.

The line on the left side is from a poor scan (this was shot on 35mm film). I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it, otherwise, I would have tried to PS it out.

The dark blob you see is her shadow from the flash.

Thanks for the comments Sweetdeal. Glad you thought it was cute.

PS - I love your Happy New Year shot!!!!
