    Goldfinch

Just wanted to post something. I took this in my front yard this afternoon. I wanted to get some shots of them in the tree while it's still flowering. Hopefully the flowers will hold on for a few more days so I can try again.

    Re: Goldfinch

Those blossoms sure do make a pretty border with the goldfinch.

We have a goldfinch feeder in our backyard but I haven't sat out long enough to try to get a good shot of them yet. Seeing them all winter in their drab colors have conditioned me to ignore them unfortunately.

    Thanks for sharing.

I know what you mean about becoming conditioned to what we see everyday. I didn't even realize that I have another tree just like this one in my backyard too. Hopefully I can get some better shots before the blossoms all blow away.
