Geese

I posted this in the critique section but thought I might post it here since this section is geared towards wildlife. I'm a beginner and am just learning how to use my camera. Took this a couple days ago. Any feedback or ideas on what I'm doing right or wrong are greatly appreciated in advance.

While I like the three geese looking in different directions, I'm not quite sure what exactly you want us to look at. In photographing anything, tell us (with the image itself) what you want it to say.

I believe they are Greylag Geese.

Try to get lower and shoot at their eye level for more impact. Also try to isolate a group or single bird if you can while capturing a given action IE looking at you, stretching, yawning.....

Also, try to get the sun to your back with your shadow facing the subject for best lighting .
