    Frozen feeder birds

I set the blind up this morning in the zub-zero temperature to see what I could get. It was so cold, I didn't feel like getting too far from home, but I wanted to get out and shoot. I really want to like the last shot, but the focus is a bit off. :mad2: All shots are full frame.

Man it was so cold today wasn't it?!

That last one is pretty sweet.

    Thanks Loupey.

I was afraid to take my blind down this afternoon because I thought the polls would shatter from the cold. I ended up putting it in the garage to warm up for a couple hours before I took it down.

I like these, nice shots. I spent the cold weekend here out shopping around looking at blinds and camouflage materials....still thinking and plotting out what will work best for me.

Thanks for taking the time to look and comment everyone. It's much appreciated.

I know what you mean Ben. It's hard to believe that such a tiny little bird can survive the brutal weather we have been having.

On a side note, I can't believe how fast the water evaporates from my bird bath this time of year.
