actually, the white bird is the same siza as a swallow.they were token when the ef70-200 f4 was just bought. I went to the river during the break at midday and kept track of the birds, holding the camer for about an hour .I came back with sore arms...

it needs more powerful lens to capture them.

The second image is wonderful! Having shot a few of these in flight, I know how difficult it is and you did great.

Sore arms are worth it, right?
