First hummingbird of the season
Greetings,
We've had frost warnings up until the night before last so I waited until yesterday to hang the feeder.
Cloudy and rainy all day but I Had To Shoot One :D

Re: First hummingbird of the season
A little better lighting today...
Both were shot with the 50-200 + ec 14, first image at iso 400 and second one at iso 200. The second one looks even "noisier" than the first ???
For the next series I'm going to removed the ec 14 and see how that looks, it does have a reputation for crazy bokeh on the 50-200 :D

I know, sigh.... even when it's past good light :D
Just for fun, 1/2000, iso 1600 and converted to B & W...
