I live in central Va. I would like to get SERIOUS about taking bird pics. Anyone know of any groups? Any websites that give updates on bird sighting?

I'm also trying to find some Waxwings to photograph. I've only seen them once in Va and of course I didnt have my camera! Talk about livid...
