The pair are intertwined (and lobster faced), they were clasped at the tail section, the lower specimen was about 6-8 inches long. These were shot on a beach on Sanibel Island Fl (small dunes near parking lot with veg.) hurridly as a storm was approaching (pic quality is poor) more evidence I need a real flash..
