Cool! One question: Why would an Eagle still be in Florida? Does it have youngin's?

We have the Second amount of Nesting Eagles in the Lower 48 states. Our Eagles usally come in around Sept 1 and start nesting and mating. Juveniles are born in mid to late December and fledge and leave the nest around May. Then we don't see many Eagles until the cycle starts over every September. Seems they are only gone from June until September. perhaps they go a little further north during that time, i have 4 Eagle nest with in 5 milrs of my house alone!

    Hope that helps why!
