    The Evening Hunt
    Took this while out for a late afternoon drive yesterday. I posted it in the Feb. Project thread, but thought I would share it over here to.

    A redtailed hawk on the nightly roost ;) Right about now they are pairing up too.

    This is one of two RTH's that were in this area. I noticed one sitting on a power pole, then another one landed on the same pole. I wanted a shot of them both together, but this one didn't stick around long enough for me to get a shot. This shot is underexposed. The seen wasn't this dark, but I like the mood it created.

    Ah, so it isn't actually that dark huh. I too like the hood !
