    Death of a butterfly

    This was hard to shoot. At first, before I got closer, I just thought I was shooting a pretty butterfly. As I looked closer I'm like "what the heck is that round white thing?!" ewwwww! I checked to see if it was still alive cuz I was going to free it. Nope... it was sad.
    I'd never seen a white spider before so I looked it up. I believe its called a crab spider.
    Normally, I like spiders because they kill a lot of irritating bugs, but this just ain't right.

    Nice shot, it's easy to see how that spider could blend in with the white flowers and lay in wait.
