    Nice to see something through this glass. I tried Tamron's 150-500 years ago, and it was horrendous! Maybe I got an especially bad one, but I got nothing useful from it!

    When I first heard they were going to make this I was a bit like, "So what?" But then some reviews hit the 'net quite positive about it. It looks to be an incredible value! Now to just scrape up the coin......

    BUT.....the lens matters!

    It's good seeing you around, Jeff! I love your photography. I think National Geographic has rubbed off on you! You could probably do some work for them with your talent and this lens!

    Thanks Liz for your compliment, it is greatly appreciated but I have a looooong way to go to do that.
