A gorgeous shot, ANIMAMUNDI! What an intriguing looking bird. You can really see a resemblance to dinosaurs, especially around the eyes.

Glad you like it Shyanni - this was taken in the cloud forest of Mindo, Ecuador, at a time when many birds come and feed on ripening fruits, in this case bananas. Aracaris are very noisy - but equally timid and not easy to shoot up close :mad2: VR was very useful here as there's no time ever to set up a tripod shot.
