    Cedar Waxwing
    First ever cedar waxwing photo. OK, I lied. Actually this was the second one. The first one I forgot I was using a zoom lens :blush2:

    There were three of them landing at about the same time. Apparently, one of them didn't like me pointing my camera at it and flew off right away.

    And I don't like the leaves and the branches, too. Just thought it was a now or nothing shot, so. Hopefully, I could get something better in the future. I like the color of the bird though. It looks like it's covered with...wax.

    Very nice. I don't think I have ever seen a waxwing, but after seeing you pictures I'm going to keep my eyes open. They are beautiful.
