Nice sharpness, I like the off-center composition, and I like the deformed petal. Nice job "yawing" the camera to get the focus plane to intersect the center and the one petal.

I would be more aggressive and place the center even more off-center and boost the color/contrast/saturation as it seems a bit flat. At least it does to me, this late, right now, after a glass(es) of brandy
