Beautiful Cardinal

Theres a beautiful Cardinal sitting not 50 feet from my window this morning singing so loud he woke me up. I have an awesome new 500 zoom lens for my camera. The unfortunate part of all this is that my camera body sits in the repair shop after shorting out and locking up on me 3 weeks ago.

Don't mind me... I just REALLY want my camera back.

Jay, I seem to recall that you are using a (30D?)

What happened to it to cause the short? Hope the warranty will take care of it.

That sucks! But a well placed feeder and nearby perch will solve that problem once the body returns .

Loupey - I am using an Oly E-500 .. I WISH I had a 30D now though.. the short was a freak occurance.. bad news was it was 20 days after the Manufacturers Warranty was up... good news is I have 3 years of extended warranty left from the store I bought it at.. now if they'd just hurry up and get me my camera back I'll be happy.

Paulnj - I placed a new feeder out there not 10 minutes before reading your post lol.. and now there's 3 gorgeous Jay's sitting there taunting me.. with my luck they'll all get caught by the neighbors cat the day before I get my camera body back.
