You can almost set your watch by the time the bats come out around my neighborhood. The other night I pointed my camera towards the sky, and fired my EX580 and hoped for the best. Not a great image, but I think it's kind of interesting.

I have attempted to shoot bats in flight before and they are rediculous to get! You did a great bod here at even getting that much detail.

Agreed. Those things don't know how to fly straight. Oh, and it's always dark too
