Barred Owl

Last evening I was taking my trash cans out to the curb when I glanced above me to see a barred owl peering at me from a tree beside my driveway. I immediately dashed back to my house to get my camera and when I returned I surprised to see the owl was still there. The owl was kind enough to allow me to take several photos of him while he flew from one adjacent tree to another with me following him across my yard with camera in hand.

Those are nice. I use to live very rural and had them in the yard and around my place. I miss them.
