    Norther Saw Whet Owl revisited

I was able to photo a little owl recently. The light was better this time. But, as you can see, it was hiding My understanding is it has to hide Also saw it ate a vole but it forgot to turn and face the camera while eating :cryin: :mad2:

very nice sawwhet images. Be aware they thier main predator is hawks. They hide and stay still because if they fly in daylight, the hawks will eat them.

Beautiful shots, the detail is wonderful. I'd love to get an owl shot... someday.
