    Antzilla

    I found this ant tonight out in my garage, I blame Olivier QC for the idea to bring it inside (lol). Tragically, the ant was hurt during the filming of this thread.



    I can never get red flowers to look right.



    Just a couple of ‘practice shots’ taken with my 300mm and Kenko tubes. Thank you for looking.

    Pretty cool shots! Though the lighting seems slightly off somehow!

    I'll accept that The lighting should be way off I hate shooting indoors, and I hate using my flash.

    looks pretty good except the light is kinda harsh. Try the old index card/rubber band trick, it works really well.

    Thanks Payn. I've had my camera all this time and never tried the index card (I have an idea how it's done). I think I'm going to start experimenting with my flash, I know I'm missing out on a lot by not using it.
