    3 shots, 1 duck

    I didn’t do anything to these images to make the water look like this, it’s the way it looked this afternoon when I took the images. Does the color of the water add or take away from the images? I’m not sure if I like it or not (kind of looks artificial).

    Personally, I think the last two images are fine, but the colors in the first image break up the continuity of the water, drawing the eye away from the subject. Just my opinion.

    2nd shot is the best.

    Agree with medley about the water in the first image, the water makes the duck blend a bit into the image and it's hard to pick him out from the rest.

    The colors look natural to me - so looks fine!

    Thank you Medley, Garrfoster, and Loupey. The snow and ice has been making for some interesting reflections on the water surface. I wish I reflections weren't there, but then the ducks would be farther out if it wasn't for the ice and snow.
