As the online Customer Service Ambassador for Adorama Camera since December 2007, I act as an Independent Advocate on behalf of Adorama customers, representing Adorama's presence on social network sites and newsgroups, Photography Blogs and Forums across the globe.
Well-known and respected by the online photographic community, I respond to Internet postings which refer to Adorama, providing a rapid response for customers seeking advice and / or support in relation to their purchases - investigating and resolving complaints and concerns that posters have been unable to address through regular customer service channels.
I love traveling. I was working with a traveling agency as a local guide when in grad school. But I didn’t want to make a career in the travel domain. So I moved on, decided to work in the field of technology. Though my dad is a hotelier, I always wanted to be independent when it comes to money and identity, and internet marketing gives me an opportunity to chart my own course and give me the independence I need.
I am a painter based in the suburb of New York. I am enjoying life through her paintings. Most of the time, it is my way of expressing herself. I also love to take care of my pet dogs, giving them bath on weekends.
