Re: Norwegian Web Photos
Hi Jazman, welcome to this site.
Just a couple of comments, are you advertising your site or are you looking for comments on your website for design and improvements.
If looking for comments on design, I like the design, it is neat, simple and the layout it excellent.
I did notice that 9.jpg took sometime to load on my ADSL connection and saw the size of the image although small is relatively large, creating a slow load time.
If you look at the headings links <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=135 height=17>NorskFotoForum
</TD><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=115>Foto.no
</TD><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=149>Canon Photo Forum</TD><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=100>Photobucket
</TD><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=144>Digital Photography
</TD><TD vAlign=top align=middle width=90>EMail
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
you will notice that Canon Photo Forum isn't lined up the same as the other link names, just a little thing.
You have no discriptrion on your index page or keywords either, so a search engine might have trouble finding your site without this info.
Your main banner seems to be made up of two images, why not make them one image that way you can control the size of the banner image as well, as one image instead of having to have two and also might find it helps a little with page load time as it is only one image to load up, not important but just a suggestion.
I noticed that you might have desinged this in Dreamweaver ????
Your Forum is in Norweigan, how are you adressing this for English speaking only people that don't speak or understand Norweigan. Also the forum opens in the same window as your main site, so therefore technically takes people away from your website. My own forum and photograhy side of things, opens in their own web browser windows so people can get back to my site easily without having to press the back button or reloading the website, if they have save the link in their favourites which is unlikely.
Seems the other links do the same, I think it is a better idea to make those links open up in their own browser windows, maintaining the link with your own site better that way.
Also on your image pages, put a home link up the top of the page as well as the one you have on the bottom, saves people having to look for the link back to the home page by having to scroll the whole page.
Hope that little info helps.
