    Does my website suck?
Seeing as how I have no web design training whatsoever (I'm a Political Science and History major for crying out loud), my website is pretty amateurish. It doesn't help that I'm not particularly creative either...Any suggestions and/or comments you have would be much appreciated. Also, let me know if it's too slow. I have a T1 connection here at school, so it's basically impossible for me to tell if it's impractically slow.

p.s. this is about the millionth incarnation of this site, and right now it's in its black/white/gray arty phase...

Heck, I kinda liked your site. Simple and easy to browse. The only thing I think you SHOULD fix are the buttons in your menu. You should make it so that the cursor changes into a "I can click here" cursor. I wasn't sure if I could click it or not.

I don't prefer to have the galleries load in separate pages but I suppose with your hosting and what not you didn't have much choice.

I'm SOOOO jealous of the places you've been. I'd love to go to Egypt. Maybe you can be my tour guide :)

Thanks man...I hated the new window for the galleries too, but I thought that was actually going to be the best way with the new galleries that I had done. But I went back and tried the framed galleries, and they actually do work well that way, so I changed it. As far as the menu goes, I'm not sure exactly how to remedy that. I suppose there might be an onMouseOver command or something like that...I'll have to do some searching.

I liked your site. Simple and clean, easy to navigate. I found the BG's to be a bit passe.
I'm designing a new site for myself and am thinking of using SimpleViewer.
It's XML based(whatever that is) and super simple to setup - and Free.
    Here's a link:
    Simple Viewer

You can embed it in a page or have it open in a new window, whatever. It is somewhat customisable for colour but you can't change the font(that I know of).

I'm not crazy about your button colours. I think a site should have colours that don't clash. Just my personal feeling.
