Where to start with Photoshop Training

I'm new to the forum, but love it already! Any suggestions regarding online training in the use of Photo Shop, specifically for portraits? I have been using the program for years, but only recently started doing portraits for print (was previously strictly homes for the internet). I'd like to learn different effects, color management, black and white tricks, etc. I prefer an interactive learning experience, but if a book or website is the way to go, please tell me the title or url and I'm there.

To be honest, I've never found a photoshop site, book or video that purely focuses on working with portraits. Katrin Eismann does have some good tips in her books.

Agree with Todd. That book is worth it's weight in gold.
