white pics

I have a cannon sd850 and every pic i try to take comes out white. It looks good in the screen but when I click the shutter it is like there is way too much light. Any ideas? Thank you.

Post an example with your settings. Are you using auto modes and if so which one?
Sounds like slow shutter speed letting in too much light.

Or you could have its exposure compensation set to plus (+) something, like + 3 f stops or something.

Check the cameras settings. Make sure the exposure compensation is not active. If all settings look correct then you will have to have it checked out at a repair shop, if it is still under warranty send it in to be fixed.
