    Digital Rebel power problem

My Rebel has developed a problem. Has anyone elce experienced this? When it powers down in auto off, often I cannot wake it back up unless I take the batt out. Other times it may not come on at all unless I cycle the batt.

I have never had that problem with mine.

The only thing that ever happens for me is sometimes the battery compartment door doesn't latch completely, and in that case it won't power up until I push on it and make sure it "clicks". But that's more my problem for not pushing hard enough in the first place.
