need replacement quick release plate for tripods

I have a Manfrotto 484rc2 quick release ballhead for my tripod (way out of my league, really.. but it was a gift)

Unfortunately the quick release plate.. (the little bit on top that attaches to the camera) somehow disappeared, and I need to find a replacement for it. Generally it seems they aren't sold independently of the head, which is about 80 bucks.. I want to know if there's somewhere I can get one separately; it doesn't have to be brand name per se, I just need to be totally sure ti will fit on the head...

anyone know what the best route is for this? I found someone selling one that looks roughly right on ebay, but i'm not totally sure it would fit on the head.

    thanks!

Yup, those are what you need. I just got 2 more of them from B&H on Friday.

I am sure any camera shop locally could get you this item.
