Photoshop Organizer?

Hello -

I've heard of Adobe Elements Organizer, a software program that lets you assign word tags to images for future searches and retrievals. Does this come with Photoshop proper? I have PS but don't see it. Seems strange if if doesn't, since PS is so much more expensive and considered the sports car version of their imaging software vs. Elements, which is considered a starter app.

Adobe CS2/3 comes with Bridge which is a replacement for their older file browser in CS. I believe it acts a bit as a digital asset management tool. There are tons out there though including Adobe Lightroom, Apple Aperture, PhotoMechanic, etc.
