I'm new to your site--hope I'm in the right area for this problem---My unit has been giving me problems, When I take a photo and download it to my computer files I often get only about one half a picture or less--Yesterday I checked some photos on the review screen and they appeared okay--when loaded I only had about half with a full picture---Any ideas what the problem may be--thanks Ken

Let me see if I understand you correct.

When you transfer the pictures you only see half? Or when you open the picture after it's on your computer it only shows half?

How are you transferring the pictures, card reader or using the camera plugged into the computer?

Are the pictures showing up alright when everything is complete? If so I wouldn't worry about it. Only if you end up with half of the picture that you took.

Yes to both the questions---the bottom half to 3/4 is just blank--I tried Picasso and windows picture viewer---both the same results--Ken

I have seen this talked about before. If it is the same problem it is the camera itself, but I forgot what part.

I will try to find the post and put a link here for you to read and see if that is the same problem you are having.

A couple questions, does this happen on all your storage media? Have you tried a card reader? Does you camera have the latest firmware?
