How do you attach anti-twist plate to flash bracket?

I just purched the Stroboframe 350 Flip flash bracket, along with an anti-twist plate also from Stroboframe. The anti-twist plate came with a small screw that I assume is for attaching it to the flash bracket so you can just keep the two pieces together. The only problem is, there are no holes in the flash bracket for the small screw to fit in. They are all way too big. It doesn't make any sense that I would have to drill and tap a hole in the bracket just to mount it, but it appears that way, unless I'm missing something...

I just noticed on the tiffen site that the Quick flip brackets don't accept anti-twist plates. See here http://www.tiffen.com/Stroboframe_quickflip_page.htm it is at the end of the descriptions.

The ones I've had use a pin or a screw head that fits into the slot that you slide the bolt in - that way there's two points of contact and it can't rotate. One bolt holds it in place, the other just has to keep it from turning. I sold both of them so I can't post a picture of it...

The one that I have sitting in front of me, has 2 pins that stick out the bottom to keep it from twisting and I think it would work just fine as it. But I would like to secure the plate to the frame so that when I want to take the camera off, I only have one piece of equipment to deal with instead of two. That way I wouldn't loose the plate, unless I lost the whole bracket of course. The more I look at it, the more concerned I am about the thickness of the plate. It's not quite 1/8" thick, but that is about half of the length I have for the screw to secure my camera to the bracket with. It might not seem like a lot, but if that screw comes loose, it wouldn't take much for the camera to fall off the bracket. Without the bracket I can get about 4 full rotations of the screw into the camera and only about 2 with it. I think I'll play it safe and send the anti-twist plate back. If I find the setup twist's too much without it, I will figure something out then.

One of the Stroboframes I had (the folding bracket) came with two different screws for attaching it to the camera - about 1/8" difference in length. If you want to keep the anti-twist plate, you could probably get a longer screw from them (or a good hardware store).

The anti-twist plates I used (now that I think about it) stayed on the bracket - one small screw held them onto the bracket even without the flash or camera attached. This was a Camera Flip, I think it was called.

I gave that idea some thought and I already have some thumb screws that would work for that, but I think I'm going to go without for a while. If I find I need the anti-twist plate, I can always get another one.
