Refresh my memory please

I just can't seem to remember how to upload photos. I tried but the files are to large, would someone please give me some info on what size I need to upload photos here, or anywhere else.

To upload straight to a post, they need to be 800 pixels or less horizontal and vertical and the file size needs to be 293 KB or less. - Terry
