    Question about camera types...
Ok... I need to know is there such a thing as a digital and 35mm slr camera... I was told there was but I can't find one anywhere... And if there is such a thing could you tell me where I can find it and research it a little...

Yeah, it's called a digital SLR.
Not sure what you are asking but I think you mean a digital camera that acts like a 35mm film camera. If that is the case, you are looking for a digital SLR like the Canon EOS 10D.

NO HYBRID CAMERAS ON THE MARKET THAT I KNOW OFF?(in 35mm format or smaller)

you can get a digital back for MEDIUM FORMAT and LARGE FORMAT cameras...... but a PHASE ONE isn't cheap(price of a car with camera/lens), nor is it very useful outside studio/fashion or product shooting in my opinion ;)

google PHASE ONE DIGITAL , Imacon 22 ,Hasselblad H1, DIGITAL BACK
