I can't view the raw files on my Imac. I downloaded DNG converter thinking this will allow me to view them on CS4 but its not working.

I also have a question on the video but lets start with just one for now.

The file is probably not supported by the software. Have you tried to look for a CS4 upgrade? You can get a free trial of Lightroom here.......

thanks old clicker I down loaded this program now i don't know what to do next. I had to down load camera raw from my 20D canon but I can't remember what I did to get it to work.
