I just joined the site after viewing it for several months so how do I post pictures on this site or even get to the home page from login?

To post pictures in a message thread, use the advanced editor.
First, click on the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the edit window.
Then scroll the screen down to show the "Additional Options" window below the editor.
In there, click on the "Upload Photos button".

You can browse for up to 5 images to attach to a post.
After you've browsed to the images and they're in the list, click on the "Upload" button.

For JPG files there is a limit of 280Kb in size, and the maximum number of pixels on any side is 800. So 800x600 landscape, 800x800 square, 600x800 portrait.

Then you can close the upload window and return to the editor to complete your mesage.
And press the Submit button.



If you want to share larger images, you can do that using the Gallery.
