MT-24EX & MR-14EX Do I need both?

Money is not a BIG factor, but, I don't want to waste money either. Is there anything that the MR-14EX does that the MT-24ex does not?

Being as the MT-24 has 2 MOVABLE flash heads and the MR-14 doesn't...... The MT-24 with a few synced 550/580's is as close to perfection as it gets(without SERIOUS $$ investments)

I can't see or find anything that the MR-14 does that a MT-24 can't do better, but I have only played with the MT-24 once.
