Monitor Calibration
I am running into problems when I transmit my photos to the Camera Club digital projector, and also when I transmit them to my photo lab: the colors are not matching.
I am trying to decide if I want to spend the money to get a monitor calibration tool.
1. Do these devices work?
2. Are they worth the money?
3. How complicated are they to use?
4. Do you own one? If so, are you satisfied with it?
Please advise.

Re: Monitor Calibration
I have the Spyder3 Elite and am very happy with it. So for your questions...
1. Do these devices work? Yes.
2. Are they worth the money? Yes.
3. How complicated are they to use? Not complicated at all. Just load the software, plug the device into a USB2 port and follow the directions.
4. Do you own one? If so, are you satisfied with it? Yes and Yes.
HTH.

Re: Monitor Calibration
Just make sure your laptop resolution matches the projectors resolution for the sharpest display. We get users reporting the projector is out of focus because of the projector is down scaling.

Re: Monitor Calibration
I believe you can get a Spyder 2 for less than $100 now (it's on my "get that" list :P)
