Keeping Tabs on My Teen

Lately my 14 y/o’s been acting kinda distant and glued to her phone 24/7. I’m not trying to spy, just wanna make sure she’s safe online. A coworker mentioned Qustodio but I don’t know much about it. Can you drop a solid review or your experience with it? Would love some real insight before I bring it up with her.

Totally get where you're coming from. My nephew went through a similar phase—locked in his room, phone always in hand, barely talked. His mom was torn between giving him space and freaking out. She ended up reading this review: Qustodio review and it really helped her decide how to approach it. Qustodio doesn’t feel overly invasive but still gives a decent overview of activity. Worth a look before chatting with your daughter.
