I have a Konica-Minolta Z-10

When I first got the camera , I loaded the software and had no problems uploading the photos. Now 2 months later, when opening the software, I see no "F" drive. Which is the drive where the photos get uploaded from. I'm pretty good with computers , but can't figure this one out.I've tried everything--- Is there a problem with my USB driver ? Anyone encountered this problem before ?
