    Cyan and Red Fringing

    Hello Guys,

I shot this picture with my Canon's 24-70mm 2.8L. It's actually a crop of a picture. If you notice around the trunk of the "tree", you see cyan and red fringings. I have read that DSLRs can suffer from this as well, but I wanted to ask those of you with more experience if this is "acceptable" or "expected" from a thousand-dollar glass. The picture was cropped from the original image

    Thanks in advace,

    Mando
