    HELP Outdoor Group Portrait
On Sunday some friends want me to shoot a group portrait of 20 people. What setting should I use to make sure all the people are in focus?

    Nikon D80 with 17-50mm 2.8f

    Thanks

depending on lighting and how close you can set the folks together F 5.6 to F-10 would be a good starting place.

Why not try several different setting or F stops. You need to take several any way so you can pick the best one out of the bunch. You might also want to use some fill flash, Jeff
