    Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip

Does anyone have one of these on their Tri-pod? It' a great ball grip.
I have it on a Manfrotto #190XPROB Tri-Pod, but I can't remove it, can you help?

There are usually three set screws underneath - did you loosen those? - TF

Besides the set screws you may need a strap wrench to brake lose the head after removing the set screws.
