I have a problem with my camera. When it is on there is a black stop in the upper-center screen. And when it is off the dot turns white! It is not something on my screen because I have tried to get it off. Does anyone have any advice or help for me?

Call the manufacturer. It sounds like a defect in the product, and if it is under warranty, they should replace it.
