Help with Fuji s5000 movie

Hi guys i am new here.

I was recently in japan training in martial arts. i took lots of pics etc...

The last photo i took with my grandmaster i accidently had it on MOVIE. so i have a 5 sec clip with him and me standing there lol.

What i would like to know is . is there anyway i can get a Still photo out of that 5 sec clip or not? if there is could some1 please give me an explanation on how to do it.(but make sure ur instructions are basic because i am hopeless with dig cams and pc's lol)
